She was a corpse bride who had been killed on her wedding day. Since then, she had been waiting for her husband to come and marry her. The corpse bride took Victor to be her husband and took him to the ghost world with her. Victor then tried many ways and finally got together with Victoria and set Emily free from the evil spell.
